Job Summary
The Performance and Quality Improvement Manager provides ongoing monitoring of performance improvement, continuous quality improvement, and utilization review of the services provided within the Division of Behavioral Health Programs. This is largely accomplished through a computerized clinical documentation system review process.
Minimum Qualifications
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS
Master’s Degree from a program with a solid background in healthcare management, behavioral healthcare administration, public health, or business administration with a concentration in healthcare. A minimum of three (3) years’ of experience in at least two of the following areas: accreditation, licensing, quality assurance, utilization review, and other regulatory compliance requirements.
REQUIREMENTS
Must possess a valid Illinois Driver’s License and minimum auto liability insurance. Verification of U.S. citizenship or employment eligibility.
DESIRED
Experience with Accreditation, Licensure, and Certification audits/surveys.
Salary Range
Commensurate with Experience
