Job Summary
We are seeking an individual to join our WIC Program Team. Duties include answering and directing phone calls, scheduling appointments, and registering clients. Also, responsible for filing documents in accordance with Records Management guidelines and helping create necessary forms or materials for program operations. Schedule Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, and Friday from 8:30 am-4:30 pm, and Wednesdays from 10:30 am-6:30 pm. Candidate must be able to travel to other sites, as needed.

Minimum Qualifications
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS
High School graduate or equivalency required. Two (2) years of clerical or similar clerical background is required. Pass the Health Department clerical testing.
REQUIREMENTS
Verification of U.S. citizenship or employment eligibility. Must possess a valid Illinois Driver’s License with minimum auto liability insurance. Health Department support staff testing is required.
SPECIAL REQUIREMENTS
Criminal Background Check and/or Driving Record Background Check, as needed or requested.
DESIRED
Bilingual in Spanish.
Salary Range
Grade 9 Hourly Wages ($18.82 – $26.59)
