Job Summary
Candidate will provide crisis screenings, resources, and crisis responses to
community residents along with linkage between the CARES Line and screener.
Minimum Qualifications
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:
A Bachelor’s Degree from an accredited institution in Psychology, Counseling, Rehabilitation Counseling, Pastoral Counseling or Therapy and Social Work. An individual who meets the minimum credentials for the Mental Health Professional (MHP) as established by TITLE 59: Mental Health, Chapter IV: Department of Human Services, Part 132 Medicaid Community Mental Health Services Program. Data entry and Microsoft Word experience.
REQUIREMENTS:
Verification of U.S. citizenship or employment eligibility. Must possess a valid Illinois Driver’s License with minimum auto liability insurance.

Salary Range
Grade 13 Hourly Wage ($22.34 – $34.85) + $3.00/HR Premium Pay
