Job Summary
The candidate will provide direct and indirect services to individuals in crisis. These services include screening and assessment services, crisis de-escalation, and crisis resolution services for adult clients. This position initially may alternate between the main office in Joliet and the Bolingbrook office, with Bolingbrook being the ultimate home office. Schedule, Monday through Friday (2nd Shift), 4:30 pm-12:30 am, with similar requirements going between two office locations.
Minimum Qualifications
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS
Level II
An individual who meets the minimum credentials for either the Qualified Mental Health Professional (QMHP) or the Licensed Practitioner of the Healing Arts (LPHA), as established by TITLE 59; Mental Health, Chapter IV: Department of Human Services, Part 132 Medicaid Community Mental Health Services Program.
The Qualified Mental Health Professional (QMHP) is defined as an individual who possesses a master’s degree in counseling and guidance, rehabilitation counseling, social work, vocational counseling, psychology, pastoral counseling, or family therapy or related field, who has successfully completed a practicum or internship that included a minimum of 1,000 hours of supervised direct service, or who has one year of clinical experience under the supervision of a Qualified Mental Health professional (QMHP).
Level III
Master’s degree in any Behavioral Science with a clinical license.
REQUIREMENTS
Verification of U.S. citizenship or employment eligibility. Must possess a valid
Illinois Driver’s License with minimum auto liability insurance.

Salary Range
Grade 14 Hourly Wages ($29.61- $42.88) + $3.00/Hr. Premium Pay
Grade 15 Hourly Wages ( $32.90 – $47.65) + $3.00/Hr. Premium Pay
